Ian A. Jewkes, P.E. & L.L.S. (B.S. Civil Engineering, University of Vermont) is a partner at Krebs & Lansing and is a senior project engineer and licensed land surveyor. He is well established and provides a depth of expert knowledge in the engineering and surveying disciplines gained throughout his 35 years with the firm. His fields of expertise include civil site design for various commercial and utility installations, solar and wind energy site design, pipeline site design, State of Vermont Act 250 and Section 248 permit support and testimony, coordination of federal and state environmental permitting, water supply and wastewater disposal design, erosion protection and sediment control design, operational stormwater treatment design, land subdivision surveying and permitting, property boundary surveying, ALTA/ASCM land title surveys and engineering surveying.
Derick M. Read, P.E. (B.S. Civil & Environmental Engineering, Clarkson University) is a partner at Krebs & Lansing and is a senior project engineer. He has nearly 25 years of civil engineering experience and has provided technical assistance and project management services for numerous projects including the University of Vermont's James M. Jeffords Hall (Plant Science Facility). His field of expertise includes civil site design, erosion control design and permitting, stormwater and water system modeling and construction management.
Scott W. Homsted, P.E. (B.S. Civil Engineering, University of Vermont) is a partner at Krebs & Lansing and is a senior project engineer. He has extensive experience in the design and construction management of public works, industrial, commercial and residential projects. His fields of expertise include stormwater analysis and design, on site and municipal wastewater systems, water system modeling and erosion prevention and sediment control. He provides engineering and permitting services for a variety of clients including Green Mountain Power's Kingdom Community Wind, Champlain Water District and the VT Army and Air National Guard.
Seth D. Goddard, P.E. (B.S. Civil Engineering, University of Vermont) is a partner at Krebs & Lansing and is a senior project engineer. He has a broad range of experience in the construction management and design of commercial, residential, public works, solar, and large utility company projects. His work experience includes stormwater, wastewater, road, shoreline stabilization, and athletic facility design and permitting. He has provided engineering and permitting services for Vermont Gas Systems, Green Mountain Power projects including the Kingdom Community Wind Farm project and hundreds of solar projects throughout VT and New England.
